Our thoughts and prayers are with those affected by novel Coronavirus, COVID-19 around the world.

As the impact of this situation grows in the communities where we do business, we would like to update you on the steps that we’re taking to keep our Associates and Customers safe.

At Jack’s NYC Bagels and Deli, nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our Customers our family and our employees. In our shops, we are putting a great deal of emphasis on the procedures that support our high standards in the areas of cleanliness and health. Some of the most important areas of focus are:

Ensuring that our excellent hand washing practices are rigorously followed
Strictly requiring employees who don’t feel well to stay home from work
Frequently disinfecting commonly touched surfaces in all areas of our shops
We are offering curbside pick-up for your orders or delivery to certain areas.

We can’t stress enough, the importance of ordering online through our web site to limit the amount of contact between you and one of our clerks or at the very least have exact change. When you arrive to pick up your order, please be cognizant of the number of customers ahead of you. If you observe several people in the store and feel it is too crowded, please remain outside until the patron area has emptied out. While in the store picking up your order make every effort to maintain the recommended distance of six feet from other customers. If you feel more confident waiting outside by your vehicle or in your vehicle, give us a quick call on the phone to alert us that you are outside and we will gladly bring your order to you. If you ordered by phone it would be greatly appreciated if you could have exact change for your order to eliminate the sales associate from having to go back into the store and make change and come back out again.

Every day, we hold ourselves to very high cleanliness and health standards that are designed to maintain a safe and healthy environment in our shops. In addition, we remain vigilant in learning more about this disease by monitoring developments closely and keeping informed of additional recommendations from public health agencies. We are currently following every recommended guidelne with regards to the safety of our patrons and associates, issued by our state and federal government We are ready to initiate further measures that will make a positive difference, as they become known.
